What you buy

Vocaryn plans (Starter ₹499, Pro ₹1,499, Max ₹3,999) give daily credits for 30 days. Extra credit packs (+500 ₹199, +1,000 ₹349, +5,000 ₹1,499) add credits that do not expire. One application uses 20 credits. All prices are in Indian rupees and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments.

Cancellation

Pay once: the plan ends 30 days after purchase and nothing is charged again.

•

Autopay: the plan is charged every 30 days through the mandate you approved with Cashfree. Cancel autopay at any time on the Plan page in the app (or in your bank or UPI app); no further charge is taken, and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.

You can stop auto-apply at any time in the app.

Refunds

•

Within 7 days of a payment (including an autopay renewal), you can ask for a full refund of it if no application was sent with that plan period or credit pack.

•

Once applications have been sent with a purchase, it is not refundable, because the service has been delivered.

•

If you were charged twice, or charged for an order that failed, we refund the extra amount in full.

•

To ask for a refund, email us from your account email with the order ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
